Presenting CRE Launchpad - A Summer Intern Program, created exclusively for commercial real estate interns across our member firms.

Designed to connect, educate, and inspire emerging talent, this program provides interns with valuable exposure to the commercial real estate industry through networking, professional development, and industry engagement.

Participants will receive:

  • A Coffee Networking Kick-Off to meet fellow interns and industry professionals
  • Three Professional Development Sessions featuring experienced leaders sharing insights on careers, industry trends, and practical skills
  • A Site Tour offering behind-the-scenes exposure to a commercial real estate project and real-world development insights
  • Invitation to the Salute to Service Reception on July 9 to connect with members across the industry
  • Opportunities to build peer relationships and expand professional networks within Charlotte’s CRE community

For $75 per intern, companies can offer their interns a meaningful enhancement to their summer experience while helping introduce the next generation of talent to CRCBR.
