Description

This course explores those issues which arise in commercial real estate. NC licensees are required to discover and disclose material facts. What ARE material facts and which ones must a Broker discover and disclose?

The course thoroughly covers NC’s license law, touches on many different situations, and has detailed case studies for the Broker to discuss and decide what the brokers in the case studies should do. A real life, fast paced interactive risk management course for ALL Commercial Brokers.

Cancellations
Full registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made more than three business days prior to a class or program date. Cancellations made three or less business days prior to a class or program will be refunded, less a $20 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 12:00pm the day before a class or program. CRCBR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or program as needed. Registrants will be notified and will have the option to transfer or receive a full refund. 

Class Transfers
Registrants may transfer to another class up to three business days prior to a class date with no penalty. Transfer requests made three or less days prior to a class will incur a $10 transfer fee. Class transfers must be made via phone and fees must be paid at the time of transfer. 

No-Shows
Registration fees will be forfeited if you are registered for a class or program and you do not attend.
